Applicants must be single, aged 18/27 years old and can work in Spain for a maximum of two years. European Union citizens do not need a visa to work in Spain. Non EU citizens will need to apply to their local Spanish embassy for a visa and will need to enroll in a Spanish language course before arrival.

Working hours will be between 25/30 hours per week plus two evenings baby sitting.

The au pair will have their own room in the family house and will be provided with meals. Time off will be allowed to study Spanish language classes. The cost of the language classes is normally the responsibility of the au pair but some families may contribute towards the cost.
